Do you ship to my location ?

Orders can be shipped within the 48 US states, additional fees required for orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.

When will I receive my order(s) ?

Normally, it will take 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. Then it will take additional 1-5 business days for a package to be delivered depending on the destination. So in total, you can expect to receive your package(s) within 2-7 business days. Holidays may take additional delays. Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.

I am a local customer, can I come to pick up ?

Yes you can. Please order online then leave the note “PICK-UP CUSTOMER” at check-out. If you order below $49 and are charged for the shipping fee, once your package is picked up, we will refund your shipping fee. Our staff will contact you when the order is ready.

How do you ship cold and frozen products ?

All cold and frozen products will be shipped with ice packs in insulated containers/bags. Since the carrier does not deliver on the weekends, we will only process and ship frozen/cold packages from Monday to Wednesday PST time. Any order placed on and after Wednesday will be pushed to ship on next Monday to protect product quality. 

If you order frozen/cold and dry products, they could be shipped together or separately. Please check your email for the tracking numbers.

My orders arrived damaged, leaking, slimming,....; what do I do ?

If an order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the item with the damage, then email to us at contact@bolsadeal.com. We will assess and investigate case by case. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Do you have a store so I can come and shop ?

We do not have a physical store. All of our orders are placed online.

I only receive one package and it is missing some items from my order, what do I do?

Please check your email for the tracking number(s). 

If you have received more than one tracking numbers, that means your order was shipped in multiple packages and the rest are still on their way.

If you only receive one tracking number, that probably means we have missed some items in your package, please follow our Refund Policy Protocol and contact us at contact@bolsadeal.com for assistance.

What is the expiration date of this product ?

It is our priority to ship products that are at least 2 months out from the expiration date. If you receive any product that is near expiration, please contact us at contact@bolsadeal.com.

How many bags/units/bottles for each case of this product ?

Please be informed that most of our products are sold individually. If they are to be sold by case, there should be a listing of that case with appropriate pricing, descriptions and pictures. You can contact us for more information, however, we do not guarantee that we have an answer for every product.

Do you offer any wholesale price / discount for big orders ?

Please email us at contact@bolsadeal.com stating your interest for a discount price for a business. Please leave your full name, your business name, address and phone number. We will contact you during business hours.

What is the expiration date of a product ?

Although expiration date depend on each individual product, we can promise that we will ship products that at least 2-month out of their expiration date. Please plan your purchase accordingly.
